2. What is Transfer Points?
A:Our points are to record the number of lessons you have paid for and after each lesson, points will be deducted to the teacher’s account.
3. What happens if I can’t make it to class?
A: No points will be deducted if you give the teacher 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel. Any last minute cancellations will result in a 50% deduction of the lesson.
4. Will my points expire?
A: Yes, unfortunately the points will be in your account for a maximum of a year. After which, you will have to create a new user account and start over.
5. Can I get a refund for the lessons I paid for?
A: No, we are afraid that once a student has started enrolling they are not able to get a refund for the points. However, they may transfer the points to other users in the class.
6. How many transactions will I view in my points account?
A: You may view up to 50 logs in your Points History page.
7. What are Lexile® levels?
A: Lexile levels used in Readingwork are measures of text complexity. Testing is available 1 on 1 to find out the appropriate level for each student. We contract with MetaMetrics®, the inventors of the Lexile® framework, to compute the Lexile® levels for each student.
8. Are my points refundable?
A: No, sorry all payments are not refundable in cash. You can however gift the points to a friend by transfer points.
